Mid Summer Update - July 2025!

Hey! This is Devante with Waterfront Refresh and I just wanted to share a quick mid-summer update for our awesome customers and inquiring customers this year.

We're still booking shoreline restoration projects now through fall until we close for the season on October 31st, so now is the perfect time to reach out to get started on a project! Whether you’ve already received a bid from us or would like a new one with revisions, we’d love to help you get on the calendar before the season wraps up. 

Also a quick update on some changes we are making to our service offerings. The rest of this season we’re focusing more on:

  • Shoreline restoration and excavation

  • Riprap installation

  • Stone stairway installation

  • Erosion control, retaining systems, and boulder walls

Unfortunately, we’re starting to phase most lake weed removal and boat detailing although we’re still taking those jobs on a limited, case-by-case basis. This comes as we are moving more into the construction and restoration side of the waterfront instead of the maintenance side. If you have any questions regarding lake weeds please reach out and we can send you our referral vendor list!

If you’re not quite ready this season, no problem. We are here to work on your goals when it works best for you, and seriously, don’t be afraid to pitch over any ideas you have about your waterfront. We're not afraid to tackle tough projects or work alongside the big bad DNR or the scary zoning people. (They're ok sometimes.)
